We can Be The Christmas Story

​Some tell the Christmas story as the light that has come.

And that's a beautiful story.

Others tell the Christmas story as the light that will come again.

And that's a beautiful story.

But maybe the most beautiful Christmas story of all is the day after Christmas story. The day we can discover that long after the light came, and long before the light will come again, the light lives within.

Inside each of us is a manger scene. Filled with light. Born again each new day.

It is not a Christmas past story. Or a Christmas future story. It is a story of today.

Of light.

That we can shine on one another.

Long after the light came. And long after the light will come again.
